Unpacking
Due to the modern mass production techniques it is highly unlikely that you’re Altegra Gazebo if faulty or a part is missing. If you find anything wrong, do not use this product until the parts have been replaced or the problem has been rectified. Failure to do so could result in personal injury.
Maintenance
Generally the Altegra products do not require maintenance. We recommend that a general inspection is adhered to. A regular check that involves checking all the fixing screws are tight. They may vibrate loose over time.
Cleaning
CAUTION: Do not use cleaning agents to clean the Gazebo canopy or side walls. A mild detergent on a damp cloth is recommended.
CAUTION: Do not use a high powered hose or pressure washer to clean the Gazebo canopy or side walls as it may damage the material and remove the UV treatment.

Before using the Altegra Gazebo, familiarize yourself with all of its operating features and safety requirements. Use the product only for its intended purposes.

12 Month Warranty (Premium Steel 29mm Frame)
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your complete satisfaction with this Gazebo, occasionally, due to the mass manufacturing process, a Gazebo may not live up to our required level or performance and you may need the help of our service division.
The frame of this product is warranted for a 12 month period from the date of original purchase. If found to be defective in materials or workmanship, the frame or the faulty component will be replaced free of charge with another of the same item. A freight charge may apply.
WARNING: This warranty is NOT covered by an Act of God or act of nature. It does not include damage or defects caused by or resulting from abuse, accidents or alterations.
The warranty replacement unit is only made available by returning the original unit or component to the place of purchase with a confirmed registered receipt. Proof of purchase is essential. We do reserve the right to reject any claim where the purchase cannot be verified.
Please ensure you store your receipt in a safe place.
