They passionately back their customer’s decision to trust their products and will go lengths to ensure that if there is an issue that it’s resolved quickly, and in the best-case scenario for everyone involved.

Altegra Australia Pty Ltd. warrants that your Altegra product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period as defined below (Product Warranty). This means that the product won’t be faulty and that it will look and work as advertised, during the product’s defined Warranty Period.
The original purchaser of the Altegra product purchased within Australia or New Zealand is covered.
The Altegra Warranty Period begins on the date the product was purchased by the original purchaser (as listed on the proof of purchase) and lasts for the duration of the product’s Warranty Period. We will make all reasonable effort to provide a warranty to your Altegra product even if outside the warranty period. However, we request that all warranty claims are lodged within 30 days of any fault and photographic evidence is provided.
The introduction of our updated warranty period applies to purchases made on or after July 1st, 2020.

Our 10-year warranty term applies to all Heavy Duty gazebo and marquee frames purchased prior to July 1st, 2020.
Our 5-year warranty term applies to all Pro Lite gazebo and marquee frames purchased prior to July 1st, 2020.
Our 2-year warranty term applies to all Premium Steel aluminium gazebo frames purchased prior to July 1st, 2020.
Our 12-month warranty term applies to all Altegra fabrics purchased prior to July 1st, 2020.

No, we care about the environment and we hate seeing damaged gazebos being thrown out. We design and build our products so all parts can be replaced in the event of an accident or if a fault occurs due to lengthy wear and tear. Simply visit our Marquee Builder and order replacement parts online! We’ll get them to you ASAP.
This happens to the best of us! And while the incident is not covered by our Manufacturer’s Warranty, don’t despair. Our full range of replacement parts are priced affordably and are shipped rapidly.
Unfortunately, but understandably, there are basic exclusions to the warranty that we are happy to offer with our products. They cover the event of fault if the product is being used in a manner that it was not intended. Pretty simple.
Subject to your rights as outlined by ANZ Consumer Laws and may be additional to the Product Warranty, Altegra does not give any warranty:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

At the discretion of Altegra, photos evidencing the fault or inspection upon the product’s return will be required before a warranty is issued. Take photos of the part and how the product is being used when the fault happened or as soon as it is observed.
We may need you to send the product back to us or a designated repair facility so that we can fix or replace it. We will let you know when you contact us.
Defective products covered by this warranty will be replaced without charge, or Altegra will provide you with a refund of the purchase price of the product, minus any rebates, discounts, or return shipping of the defective product.
Our intention is to provide a remedy that has the most satisfactory result for all parties. However, subject to your rights that cannot be excluded under the ANZ Consumer Laws the remedy offered under this Product Warranty will be determined by Altegra in its discretion. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that you are satisfied with the decision made to resolve all product issues.
