Products marked as “Heavy item” or communicated to you by our team require a forklift to assist unloading to qualify for free shipping. A nominal $100 fee is charged at checkout and will be refunded when you unload with a forklift or covers manual unload by our freight carrier.

Heavy item policy

A forklift is required for free shipping.

Due to shipping partners’ OH&S and carriage regulations, larger items & bulk-packed orders will be packed on a pallet and must be unloaded by you at your shipping address with a forklift.

$100 refundable shipping deposit collected

On checkout, our shipping rate of $100 charged is a refundable deposit. Once delivered is successful, we will happily refund your deposit to your original payment method after reconciling delivery reports.

Which items need a forklift unload?

Products that are marked “heavy item” on the product page or as communicated to you by our customer service team.

Not to worry. Our shipping carrier can unload without a forklift but will charge a fee that is covered by your deposit.
