As we are all well aware, currently, the Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic is creating a high degree of uncertainty throughout Australia with regards to business and relating to our social circumstances. We are still serving and supporting our customers and will do so for as long as we are able to trade. The health and safety of our customers and our team is, as always, our highest priority. As such, we have taken measures to comply with the current trading environment, adhering to the restrictions set out by the DHHS.

We are proudly Australian and have been supporting our local communities since 2004. We are dedicated to ensuring we continue to do so during this unprecedented time whilst also committing ourselves to the safety of our customers, our team, and our shipping partners.

The Altegra team will always be ready and willing to help wherever possible during this challenging time. We are still available both in our showroom, by phone, and online to ensure you receive the Altegra service that you need. The Altegra Australia showroom is still open to serve you by appointment

  • Our team will be there to assist you when you need. However, to maintain social-distancing as a non-essential business, we are in the office during non-standard hours.
  • We are available by appointment to meet you if personal assistance is required.
  • We will maintain a safe working distance and will avoid contact.
  • Our team are not able to shake hands or be in close contact with you. But we still look forward to helping you find what you need or to assist with your Altegra.
  • We are performing sanitary cleaning of our showroom daily, and thoroughly sterilising all hard surfaces.
  • Our warehouse has been sealed off to nonessential team members and suppliers and is regularly cleaned to ensure safety for all.

We are following the advice given by the State & Federal Government, Australia’s Chief Medical Officer and the World Health Organisation.

Our shipping partners love nothing more than delivering highly anticipated parcels to their owners.

  • Our shipping partners will maintain a safe working distance upon delivery, and will safely drop parcels according to your preference and their policies.
  • We recommend taking products out of their boxes outside your property, before taking them inside.
  • Delivery paperwork – Our shipping partners will safe drop and leave your parcel without asking for a signature. They will do so according to both your preferences and their policies.

We will provide you with tracking references and the shipping company’s policy regarding delivery during this time.
