Our in-store click and collect service is available daily, throughout the week.
If you have the opportunity to drop by to pick up your order, we will be happy to assist in loading your car and to ensure you get the most from your new Altegra. Some lessons are best provided in person, so if you’re unsure of the best way to set up your gazebo, or you’re not quite sure of the best colour selection, we’ll make it a worthwhile trip for you.

We are excited to offer free, Australia-wide shipping for all Altegra Gazebos and Folding Marquees. We have sourced the best rates possible for our gazebos and folding marquees that we’ve been shipping around Australia since 2004. And now, we’re happy to be able to pass on this incredible opportunity to you!
- Free shipping for all our gazebos and folding marquees.
- We extend our free shipping policy to all accessories added to your order with our 20kg Leg Weights being the only exception* (see below).
- 4 – 7 business days for delivery to metro locations.
- 7 – 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.
- Custom-printed gazebos and folding marquees are shipped the day that they are received and pass inspection.
Free Shipping for Accessories Added to a Gazebo/Marquee order
If you’re looking to add accessories your gazebo or folding marquee, or are interested in one of our other solutions, we will ship it to you for free when you add the accessories to the same order as your gazebo/marquee.
Just Accessories? Free Shipping for them too when over $250
Add over $250 of accessories to your trolley in the same order for free shipping. Our 20kg Leg Weights are an exception (see below).
Low, Flat Rate Shipping for accessories orders $249.99 and under.
All orders of accessories that are $249.99 and under are a flat shipping rate of just $25 Australia-wide. Again, our 20kg leg weights are an exception (see below).

These are the most challenging items to ship given their size and weight. Freight companies love them because they are expensive to ship but take up minimal space in their trucks!
As a result, it presents a challenge to keeping our product’s prices and our shipping rates as low as possible. We’ve sourced the most competitive rates we can find from our freight partners and trust that you appreciate our reasonable shipping rate for these heavy items.
And while we do our best to fulfil all orders and shipping as advertised, we reserve the right to vary delivery fees if necessary. Delivery may only be achievable to eligible service areas.
If you have better luck through your channels, we welcome your shipping method as a solution. Select “My own shipping” on checkout, and we will be in touch to provide you with all the information you need to book your package pickup from Altegra.
Your Own Shipping
We’ve been doing this for a while now and realise that sometimes, you may just have better shipping than what we’re able to provide. If that is the case, select “My Own Shipping” and we’ll be in touch to let you know when your package is ready to be picked up by your freight provider. We’ll provide the handling for free!

Returning A Purchase
Your item must be in its original, as new and unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt in your package.
All refunds will be provided via the original payment method and will be processed pending the receipt and inspection of the returned goods. A portion of the original purchase value may be withheld at the discretion of Altegra for handling, restocking, and covering the original shipping expense incurred by Altegra through our “Free Shipping” policy.
Exchanges
You may find out that what you’ve ordered doesn’t quite fit with how you intend on using it. If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your item at the discretion of the returns department. We do our best to make sure you have the right Altegra for your needs.
