The COVIDSafe Outdoor Activation Voucher Program is now open to eligible businesses outside the City of Melbourne.
The grant program is available for up to 7,000 businesses and will provide a $2,000 grant to support the transition of normal operations, outside.
Victorian businesses, community organisations, not for profits and trader associations who meet eligibility criteria can apply.
Eligible businesses for the CovidSafe outdoor trading voucher program, include gyms, hairdressers, beauty services, retail shops, and dance studios and a minimum $2,000 spend on marquees and marquee hire, screens, umbrellas is required.
The nominated Victorian government department as the voucher issuer is Business Victoria in partnership with Service Victoria.
The New South Wales government’s $66 million initiative is focussed on supporting the return of hospitality and entertainment to the streets. Up to 5,000 businesses will have the opportunity to apply for one of the $5,000 grants available to assist in your quick recovery.
The NSW Alfresco Restart Package grants will be available to hospitality businesses, clubs, and community groups for applications starting in November 2021.
Streamlined applications under the NSW Planning Outdoor Dining scheme will also expedite your ability to set up temporary outdoor dining venues.
